In order for an Entrepreneur to meet business success Idea (Iniciativa pa Desaroyo di Empresa Arubano) has develop a basic business course named Empresario Prepara to educate and enhance entrepreneurial skills on how to manage their business. The first part of this course consist of a business science part with eight subjects; Marketing, Business Plan, Purchasing & Logistics, Introduction to general law, Employment law, Quick Books, Tourism Marketing and Leadership & Management.
Second part of the course gives you the opportunity to put the theoretical part into actions, for example design your own business plan, marketing etc. These eight subjects are spread over 13 weeks and are held at Enseñansa pa Empleo.
